Radar is a friendly, intelligent, active young Dutch mix boy.  He enjoys interacting with his human companions.  He is always ready for a good ear scratch or nose rub but is not fond of being picked up.  He spent his early days in a confining cage, Radar is now thoroughly enjoying the freedom in his new foster home where he has plenty of room to romp.
